How does the free trial work?
You will have full access and you won’t be charged a thing. When you approach the end of your trial we would love for you to continue with us and we’ll ask you to provide your credit card details.
Will I be locked into a long term contract?
No. We don’t mind earning your business every month. Xyndi is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be charged for the current month, but never again.
Do I get free trial when I upgrade?
Yes. We appreciate your business to date. When we release new plans you will be able to test drive the new features free for a trial period. By the way, if you are looking for specific features to be added, let us know!
How do you charge?
We charge on a monthly basis. Refunds cannot be issued after you sign up and we don’t prorate for partial months. We cannot accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Are there hidden fees or “add-ons”?
No. As a rule we try to offer all inclusive plans to keep things as simple as possible. If we absolutely have to, we will be upfront about it.
Will I be charged in Euros?
